Submitting a Monroe County Driver Improvement School Election Affidavit on MonroeClerkPay

You can now submit your Driver Improvement School Election Affidavit electronically on MonroeClerkPay, without visiting the Clerk’s office. This online form allows you to provide your information, review the affidavit, and submit your election securely online. 

Here’s how to submit your affidavit online:

1. Log in to MonroeClerkPay and select Driver Improvement School Election Affidavit

2. Enter your contact and citation details

3. Review the Driver Improvement School Election Affidavit information

4. Check the box to confirm you agree to the affidavit terms

5. Click Submit

After you submit your affidavit, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email once the Monroe Clerk’s Office has reviewed and approved your submission. You can log in to MonroeClerkPay at any time to review your submitted forms or check for updates.
